Patrick G. Simpson, 30, a native of resident of Loxley, Ala. died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013.
Patrick was a 2001 graduate of Robertsdale High School and a graduate of the University of West Florida. He was an avid baseball and basketball player and avid sports fan. He was survived by his father, John R. “Bobby” Simpson Jr., of Loxley; mother, Judy Gordon Simpson of Daphne; brother, John R. (Heather McSwiney) Simpson III of Daphne; sister, Sallie Simpson (Sean) Durden; grandmother, Patsy Fulghum and niece, Grace Durden, all of Foley; many friends and other relatives. A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial visitation Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. also at Mack Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made charity of choice or Discovery Family Ministries, 7120 Highpointe Place West, Spanish Fort, Al 36527.
