Harriette Will Oswald, 94, a native of Jackson, Mich., and a resident of Gulf Shores, died Friday, May 22, 2009.
She was an active member of the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church and an early resident of Oyster Bay Village.
Survivors include a son, Bradford Oswald of Waterford, N.Y.; daughter, Judith Kay of Miami; four sisters, Maxine Rose of Jackson, Mich., Shirley Echelbarger of Greentown, Ind., Betty Bailey of Jerome, Mich., and Joanne Bruce of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; brother, Richard Will of Whitehall, Mich.; and two grandchildren, Willem Oswald and Wendelien Anderson.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20 at the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jody Kranz officiating. Burial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 22 at Woodland Cemetery, Jackson, Mich.
