Maggie Joyce Organ, 72, a native of Grenada, Miss., and a resident of Daphne, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008 in Fairhope.
She spent most her adult life in New Orleans.
Survivors include her adoring husband of 55 years, James G. Organ; three daughters, Debbie (Chuck) Gamble and Sheila Stage, both of Daphne, and Donna (Paul) Catalanatto of Marrero, La.; two brothers, Lamar Perry of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Claude Perry of Grenada, Miss., four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and close friends.
Funeral services and visitation were held Saturday, Aug. 9 at the First Baptist Church of Marrero. Entombment followed at West Lawn Cemetery, Gretna, La.
