Orange Beach elected officials will hold a work session tomorrow at 5 p.m. in council chambers, located on Hwy 161 at the Orange Beach Municipal Complex.

A presentation of the Art Center Master Plan by Peter Cluck and Partners Architects will be presented.

Approval of a special events permit for the Gulf Coast National Oyster Festival will be discussed, as will the adoption of a citywide safety manual.

In addition, there will be discussion regarding the Mariner Lakes Master Property Owners Association request for the city to accept a portion of the Loop Road private right of way as a public right of way and assume maintenance responsibility for the existing roadway and drainage improvements.
