The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce will host its 5th Annual Home & Food Expo on May 30 at the John F. Rhodes Civic Center in Bay Minette.

The free event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature more than 25 vendors showcasing home products, services and specialty food items for North Baldwin residents, a news release said.

“On behalf of the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, we aim to bridge our community by providing events that will benefit our North Baldwin residents. The Home & Food Expo is a great platform to connect local home resources with the members of our community,” Executive Director Kristina Pittman said in the release.

Organizers describe the expo as a one-stop destination for homeowners, renters and those planning to build a home. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with vendors about a variety of home-related services and products, including DIY projects, cleaning services, electricians, internet service providers, insurance companies, lawn care, storage solutions and food items.

In addition to vendor booths, the expo will include demonstrations, giveaways, raffle prizes every 30 minutes and free swag bags while supplies last. Guests also can participate in a “passport to prize” activity for a chance to win the grand prize drawing.

This year’s grand prize, sponsored by North Baldwin Utilities, is a Buckstone 4-gallon Freedom Fryer with accessories.

The chamber said the annual event helps support economic growth in the community while connecting residents with local businesses and resources.
