Ruth E. Newcomb, 85, a native of Columbus, Ga., and a resident of Spanish Fort, died Thursday, May 10, 2007.
Survivors include two daughters, Lana Guthrie of Birmingham and Judy Newcomb of Spanish Fort; four brothers, Charles J. Newcomb of Sugar Land, Texas, Patrick Newcomb of Travis City, Mich., Richard Newcomb of Pensacola, Fla., and Jeffrey Newcomb of Huntsville; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12 at 3 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home with Father Thack Dyson officiating.
Instead of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to the Salvation Army, 2015 N. McKenzie St., Foley, AL 36535.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
