FOLEY, Ala. — The 31st Signal Company Family Readiness Group is hold its annual Community Yard/Garage Sale this weekend.

The event will be held 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the Foley National Guard Armory, located at 315 E. Jessamine Ave., in Foley, with proceeds going toward the group’s Christmas party for the 31st Company.

Booths are available for those wishing to take part in the yard sale. They can be reserved for $25, which provides a table and two chairs.

Sale organizer Sonna Reynolds said a variety of opportunities to participate are available.

“If you’re not wanting to get up and sell, we’ll take items to donate,” she said.

However, this event is only open to those looking to take part in a true yard-sale environment.

“We don’t accept people that would be a business,” Reynolds said.

Reynolds, whose husband serves in the National Guard, said the sale is for all South Baldwin residents.

“We want to make it a community event,” she said.
