Jack McDavid Munger Jr., 62, former resident of Birmingham and resident of Marlow, died Saturday April 21, 2007.
He had a tremendous love for the arts, especially when his children were involved. He never missed a performance that they were in.
He was preceded in death by his parents , Jack Munger Sr. and Mary Kennon Munger.
Survivors include his wife, Dee Munger of Marlow; two sons, Tre (Shelly) Munger of Auburn and Evan (Kelley) Munger of Birmingham; threegrandchildren, Kaitlyn, Christopher and Frances; and his step-mother, Mavis Munger of Foley.
A private memorial service will be held out in the Gulf of Mexico.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Homewood High School music department, specifically marked “In Memory of JackMcDavid Munger Jr.” Checks need to be made payable to Homewood High School and sent to 1901 South Lakeshore Drive, Homewood, AL 35209.
