Mrs. Peggy June Hollis Dixon, a native of Langdale, Alabama and resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2016. She was 83 years old.
Mrs. Dixon was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lester Dixon Jr.; her parents, John and Pearl Hollis; and one brother, Jon Taylor Hollis.
Mrs. Dixon is survived by her daughter, Peggy Susan Perret of Ventura, California; son, Michael Dixon (Luz Angela) of Sugar Hill, Georgia; six grandchildren, Gabrielle Perret Nardi (Alessandro), Michael Dixon Jr., Marc Perret, Alexander Perret, Jonathan Dixon, Christian Diaz, Joshua Dixon; one great-grandson, Luca Nardi; one brother, Wayne Hollis (Carolyne); one sister, Karen Hollis Langley (Raymond); and sister-in-law, Rena (Underwood) Hollis.
A visitation for Mrs. Dixon will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley, followed directly with the funeral service at 2 p.m. and interment in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
