Mrs. Josephine Jordan Dailey, age 65, a native of Eastman, Ga. and a resident of Daphne, went to rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ, Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
Josephine is survived by her husband of 36 years, Walter Dailey; a daughter, Charlene Clarida, both of Daphne; three sons, David Lee Gordon of Marlow, Rodney Eugene Jordan of San Antonio, Texas, Stephen Mark Dailey of Rome, N.Y.; two sisters, Geraldine William of Eastman, Ga., Cassie Gordon of Huntingdon Valley, Pa.; three brothers, Archie Lee Gordon, Ben Lee Gordon, Charlie Gordon, all of Eastman, Ga.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Good Samaritan Church in Fairhope.
Mrs. Josephine’s family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church.
Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens in Daphne.
