Mollie Jeanette McDill, McMillan, 72, a native and resident of Bay Minette, died Saturday June 16, 2007 at her residence.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, A.B. and Ralphine McDill; a brother Brooks (Lucille) McDill and granddaughter, April Galloway.
Survivors include her husband, George W. “Billy” McMillan Sr. of Bay Minette; three sons, Billy (Kathy) McMillan Jr., Virgil (Jeanne) McMillan and Jimmy (Lisa) McMillan, all of Bay Minette; three daughters, Sandi (Dwight) Galloway, Joni (Billy Don) Peavy and Mary Ellen McMillan, all of Bay Minette; three sisters, Dorothy (James) Moody of Bay Minette, Maxine (Tony) Gibson of Daphne and Vermelle McDill of New Orleans; two brothers, Billy (Elizabeth) McDill of Bay Minette and Jerry (Louise) Perkins of Pine Grove;15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two very special friends, Billy and Kathryn Owens; and a special cousin, Sharry McDill.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 18, 2007 at the First Baptist Church with the Dr. Henry Cox, the Rev. Tony Gibson and Dr. Chip Starns officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Jody McMillan, Cody Peavy, Jimbo McMillan, Jake McMillan, Jeremy Galloway and Will Galloway.
