Allen Lee McCullough 94, a native of Bonifay, Fla., and a resident of Magnolia Springs, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in Foley.

He was a surveyor and helped lay out the roads in Baldwin County when he worked for the CCC Camp.  He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the South Pacific. He retired after 31 years as an electrician at NAS Pensacola. He was also an avid gardener and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Stella Krupinski McCullough;  a son, Eric Allen McCullough;  a grandchild, Carrie Elizabeth Justice;  and two great grandchildren, Matthew James Tyson and Ann Briggs McCullough.

Survivors include seven children, Marie (Jimmy) Fischer of Tampa, Fla.,  Marjorie Kenyon McCullough of Marlow,  Emery (Virginia) McCullough of Huntsville,  Angela (Danny) Collins of Molino, Fla.,  Brenda McIntosh of Magnolia Springs,  Sandra Justice of Hartford and Tony (Ruby) McCullough of Spanish Fort;  16 grandchildren;  27 great-grandchildren;  two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mellie Bryan and Beatrice Revell, both of Panama City, Fla.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 11 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley.  A rosary service will begin at 4:30 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 12 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Magnolia Springs.  Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park.

Pallbearers are Allen McCullough, Tim Justice, Stephen McCullough, Josh McCullough, Raymond Bowne and Danny Fischer.
