SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Masonic Lodge #916 in Spanish Fort held a raffle Dec. 15 to help raise funds for Faith Stewart, a 3-year-old who was injured in a severe car crash. Her mother, Celena Sprinkle, and aunt, Tracy Stewart were also injured in the crash. Jane McGough of Spanish Fort was the winner of the utility trailer. The Masons raised more than $6,200 in ticket sales, and the publicity about the project got the attention of a group of individuals who informed raffle chairman Danny Phillips they would make a substantial donation directly to the Stewart family. Pictured are Mitch Walters, one of the builders of the trailer drawing the winning ticket, with some of the Lodge members looking on.
