Mary Willodean Ard, age 77, a native of Cullman, and a resident of Silverhill died Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.
Mrs. Ard was a dedicated farmer’s wife. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Alonzo Ard; three daughters, Ramona (Jimmy) Wagner of Silverhill, Theresa (Steve) Brooks of Silverhill, and Lisa (Aubrey Jr.) Grant of Robertsdale; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ard was preceded in death by her parents and a son. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Robertsdale First Baptist Church. Interment will be held in Hail Memorial Cemetery. A visitation for Mrs. Ard will be held 1 hour prior to services at the church.
