Marilyn Anita Turner, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Fri., Apr. 26, 2024, at the age of 73, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Albert L. Rawls, Sr., and Esther L. Rawls; husband, Paul “Peachie” Turner; brother, Al Rawls, Jr; and sister, Esther Annette Dixon. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Jerri Anita Waters (Terry) of Robertsdale, Alabama; son, Joseph W. Alford (Wendy) of Statesville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Jessica Waters, Justin Waters (Fabia) Caleb Alford, and Lauren Alford; brother-in-law, Jim L. Dixon; five great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
A visitation was held on Mon., Apr. 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope; and the funeral services followed in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Graveside service followed at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
