Margaret Frances Breidigan, 80, a native of Chicago, Ill. and resident of Robertsdale, passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2014.
Mrs. Breidigan was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, always putting her family first. She also enjoyed crocheting for others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Breidigan; a son, James P. Breidigan; and a sister, Patsy Dowling.
She is survived by three daughters, Catherine (Robert) Schlaudraff of Beecher, Ill., Margaret (Doug) Barnes of Loxley and Victoria Breidigan of Beecher, Ill.; two sons, John Breidigan of Fort Myers, Fla. and Jeff (Laurie) Breidigan of Oak Forest, Ill.; a sister, Veronica Harper of Romeoville, Ill.; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Catholic funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at 10 a.m., at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Robertsdale.
Interment will follow in Baldwin Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale.
The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 at the church.
