The sixth grade went on a very exciting field trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. They enjoyed their luxurious ride on the charter buses. On the way to New Orleans the students saw many cool things like the Superdome, shopping carts on top of houses and cars, and beads in trees. They went to the Audubon Zoo, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and walked around the French Quarter. At the aquarium they saw animals like penguins, sharks, stingrays, blue macaws, seahorses, and the otter. The students got to touch a coral snake, and learned many interesting facts about it. The otter did many fun tricks, and the students saw the scuba divers feed the animals. The students had a great time. The New Orleans field trip had a lot of great memories that they will never forget!
