Lynda Kay Little Purdon, 66, a native of Pontotoc, Miss. and resident of Daphne, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter.
Lynda was a school bus driver for Orange Beach Elementary School, where she retired in 2010. She loved all her children at Orange Beach Elementary, along with their parents.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nikki Purdon; her father, Jack Little; and her mother, Jean Little Cacal.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ron Purdon; her daughter, Stacy Leigh Purdon; and granddaughter, Kayla M. Weaver, all of Daphne; sister, Shelia Jean Bataller of Semmes; her stepfather, Lou M. Cacal; and brother, Bradley L. Cacal of New Port, N.C.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations in her name be made to the American Diabetic Association or the American Lung Association.
