Edna Wardy Lungwitz, 85, a native of El Paso, Texas, and a resident of Bay Minette, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2007 at her residence.
She was a member of New Life Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include a son, Michael “Mikey” Lungwitz of Bay Minette; daughter, Cindy (Lester) Cogollo of Bay Minette; two brothers, Albert (Elvita) Wardy and Faust Wardy, both of El Paso, Texas; two granddaughters, Ashlie Cogollo, in the U.S. Army deployed to Iraq, and Whitney Cogollo of Bay Minette; and one great-grandson, Gabriel Cogollo of Bay Minette.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26 at the New Life Baptist Church in Bay Minette with the Rev. Otis Thames officiating.
