Looking For Love: Here come PetSmart, The Haven and BARC! to the rescue!

The local animal rescue & adoption groups BARC! and The Haven were on hand over the weekend as part of the PetSmart National Adoption Days. The event was Friday and Saturday at the Spanish Fort store Saturday. Among the potential adoptees were some famous K-9s: 'Twister' the super-cutie who survived the north Alabama tornadoes, 'Smiley' - very last unadopted among the Summerdale Dogs rescued nearly 2 years ago, and our superstar cover-girl 'Clara' - the gas station dog.
