Lola Joe Griffin, 60, of Axis, died Monday, March 25, 2013 after a brief illness.
Lola was born in Lepanto, Ark. and had owned and operated her own grocery store and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her three daughters, Kaci (Jimmy) Holbrook and Mikal (Danny) Turek-Riddell, both of Bay Minette, and Brandi (James) Miller of Axis; and four brothers, Ken, L.C., Claude and Tommy Hartsfield. She also has 12 grandchildren, Sadie, Devan, Grey, Jordyn, Haven, Hudson, Jakob, Kynnedi, Liberty, Xander, Jenesis and Jovi; a great-grandchild, Noah; and many other relatives and friends.
Services and burial will be held later in Arkansas.
