Lois and John Magnon, natives of New Orleans, La., observed their 65th wedding anniversary on Oct. 9, 2013.
They celebrated the event at a luncheon for relatives and friends at The Peppermill Restaurant in Metairie, La. on Oct. 12. Because of John’s employment with IBM, they have lived in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Nassau Bay, Texas and Boca Raton, Fla.
Lois and John moved to the Rock Creek Community of Fairhope in November 2009, where they live with their daughter and son-in-law.
