Gladys M. Logan, 79, a native of Daphne and a longtime resident of Fairhope, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.
She was a member of Daphne Baptist Church since 1959.
She was devoted to her family by being a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Murray R. Logan Jr. and Michael Ianotti Logan.
Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years, Murray R. Logan Sr. of Fairhope; daughter, Kathe (Richard) Wilson of Vancleave, Miss.; two sons, Gary (Karen) Logan of Daphne and Dwayne (Melissa) Logan of Fairhope; grandchildren, Tonia Logan Childress, Murray “Bubba” Logan III, Gary G. Logan Jr., Wilson R. Logan, Nicolaus D. Logan, Tanner A. Logan, Emily C. Logan, William “Logan” Hensley, Dalton G. Hensley, Haydn R. Wilson, Anthony M. Ianotti and Amber Ianotti; five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation begins at noon with funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Daphne Baptist Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Daphne Baptist Church, P. O. Box 160, Daphne, AL 36526.
