NEW ORLEANS — The Loyola University New Orleans College of Law awarded 185 juris doctor degrees at its 90th commencement ceremony on May 11 in the New Orleans Arena.
Richard Thornburgh, former attorney general of the United States and governor of Pennsylvania, gave the commencement address.
Samantha Brown, of Daphne, was among those who received a law degree.
The Loyola College of Law operates a day program for full-time students and an evening program for part-time students with a total enrollment of approximately 800 students and 43 faculty members.
The law school is a member of the Association of American Law Schools and is accredited by the American Bar Association.
