A half-day leadership conference aimed at emerging and overlooked leaders across the Gulf Coast will take place Feb. 6 at Prodisee Pantry in Spanish Fort.

Live2Lead: A Leadership Experience For Those Who Serve Others will run from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday at 9315 Spanish Fort Blvd. The event is hosted by Under His Wings Gulf Coast and is designed for individuals seeking professional growth, community and renewed purpose in their work.

Organizers say the conference is a call to leaders who are ready to rise stronger, lead clearer and impact deeper. The event specifically targets small business owners, nonprofit administrators, ministry directors, entrepreneurs and individuals who work from home or are newly reentering the workforce and looking for a professional community.

Live2Lead is a nationally recognized leadership simulcast that combines video-based teaching with interactive, in-person engagement. Attendees will take part in sessions focused on why growth requires new thinking rather than more effort, what separates good teams from winning teams and why leadership is about the experience a leader creates, not just tasks completed.
