Jerry and Janice Lipscomb announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Lynn Lipscomb, to Gregory Kyle Thompson, the son of Gregory and Tina Thompson of Montgomery.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of N.J. and Wanda Westmoreland, George and Anne Lipscomb.
She is a 2001 graduate of Foley High School and a 2006 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in early childhood education.
She teaches second grade at Magnolia School and works at Stacey’s Drug Store.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Ken and Betty Brown, Charles and Geraldine Thompson.
He is a 2001 graduate of Alabama Christian Academy and a 2006 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in wireless engineering.
He works for WestStar at Fort Rucker.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. June 30, 2007 at Jubilee Baptist Church.
