Linda H. Hunter


Linda H. Hunter, 71, a resident of Fairhope went to be with the Lord on Oct. 20, 2013.

She was a loving wife and devoted mother to her four children.

She worked at Dixie Cleaners, and was a retired piano teacher.

She loved flowers and working in her yard.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Paul Hunter. She is also survived by her loving children, Paul (Doreen) Savell of Point Clear, Shelley Spencer (Roger Lucas) of Mobile, Craig (Shelia) Savell, of San Antonio, Texas and Allison (David) Richardson of Mobile; grandchildren, Laura Savell of Fairhope, Jerry Spencer III of Mobile, Terri Johnson of Mobile, Sheree Elmore of Little Rock, Ark., Caroline and Ethan Savell of San Antonio, Texas and Holly and Brandon Richardson of Mobile; five great-grandchildren, Melody, Aiden, Emma, Natalie and Jade; sisters-in-law, Barbara Hale, Juanita Honeycutt, Bonnie Duck and Shirley Thomas; brother-in-law, Arnold Hunter; nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Spencer, Brandon Richardson, Ethan Savell, David Richardson, Roger Lucas and Roy Glenn.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m., from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m., prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Brook-Cedron Cemetery.
