Edith Laura Wehling Lewis, 74, a lifelong resident of Elberta, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerhard Wehling, mother, Laura Kleinschmidt Wehling Krempel, and husband, David Lewis.
Survivors include two children, Allen (Carole) Lewis of Elberta and Carol Lewis (Steve) Forsythe of East Liverpool, Ohio; brother, Eugene (Mary) Wehling of Elberta; grandchildren, Kristie Lewis (David) Allen of Chattanooga, Tenn., Michael Lewis of Gulf Shores, Ryan Lewis of Elberta, Laura Forsythe Strezze of East Liverpool, Ohio, Heidi Forsythe of Elberta, Emily Forsythe of East Liverpool, Ohio, great-grandchildren, Andrew, Alexis, Alizabethe, Abbigaile and Katherine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 21 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 22 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Elberta Public Cemetery.
