John “Bobo” Lee, 68, a native of Pensacola, Fla., and a resident of Robertsdale, died June 23, 2009.
He served in the National Guard, and was the owner of Lee Timber LLC; member of Pensacola Civic Band; past president of the Baldwin Chapter of the Alabama Cattleman's Association; and served on Board of Directors at Baldwin EMC.
Survivors include his wife, Jane T. Lee of Robertsdale; sons, Johnny (Tina) Lee of Robertsdale and Jeremy L. Lee of Fairhope; and sisters, Priscilla Kirkpatrick of Danville, Ky., Becky Sterling of Columbia, Mo., Dorothy L. Jones and Cindy Blackwell, both of Foley.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, June 26 from the Rawson Chapel of the Pensacola Christian College with Dr. Neal Jackson and the Rev. Bob Kirkpatrick officiating. A graveside service and burial followed at 7 p.m. at Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Pensacola Civic Band or to Pensacola Christian College.
