Paul Edwin LaCoste Sr., of Foreman, Ark., died Wednesday, April 22, 2009.
He was born Feb. 16, 1946 in Mobile and was raised in the Styx River and Robertsdale areas.
He enjoyed retirement and loved to spread laughter and spend time with his family and friends. He was especially proud of his volunteer time with the Alabama State Troopers and his donation of over six gallons of his blood to the American Red Cross.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Dunn LaCoste of Foreman, Ark.; daughter, Leslie (Joey) Marquis of Robertsdale; son, Paul LaCoste Jr. of Robertsdale; three step-daughters, Lori (Joe) Holberg of Pensacola, Fla., Beth (Johnny) Downs of Foreman, Ark., and Lynnette (Ben) Alleman of Loxley; 13 grandchildren, Jay, Justin, Kirstin, Gabby, Kearstin, Rachel, Tyler, J.D., Kent, Jared, Patrick, Jessica and Benjamin; beloved sisters, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held Friday at Madden Funeral Home, Foreman, Ark. Graveside services were held Saturday, April 25 at Dollarhide Cemetery in Foreman.
