Kris K. Shamloo, 51, born in Tehran, Iran and a resident of Spanish Fort, passed away on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.
Kris was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving as a special agent, Air Force Office of Investigation.
During his time in the Air Force, he and his family had the opportunity to travel to many places around the United States and Europe.
He was an accomplished artist, car enthusiast and customizer with the ability to envision a project and create it with exacting attention to detail.
He will forever be missed by his family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Maureen O’Flynn Shamloo; and his father, Mehdi Shamloo.
Surviving are his son, Donovan O’Neil Shamloo; two brothers, Kavoos (Krystina) Shamloo and Cory Shamloo; sister-in-law, Elaine Shamloo; his mother, Nooshin Rahbar Shamloo; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 at Hughes Funeral Home in Daphe.
The family will receive friends beginning at noon until service time.
Interment with full military honors will be in Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
