Kevin Thomas Fawcett, 59 of Fairhope, Alabama, formerly of Enon Valley, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on Mon., Jun. 24, 2024. Born Jul. 9, 1964, he is the son of LaVon Fawcett and the late Gilbert Fawcett.

After playing polo for the Darlington Polo Club while in high school, Kevin pursued his passion of the sport by moving to Oklahoma to begin his career as a professional polo player and horseman. He played all over the country, winning too many tournaments to recall. After retiring from playing, he became a professional umpire for the United States Polo Association and was the 2008 PTF Carlton Beal Umpire of the Year. His camaraderie and sense of humor will be missed forever. While playing polo in Fairhope, Alabama, he found his “Little Piece of Heavan” and made it his home.

Kevin is survived by his mother, LaVon, brother, Ken (Lisa) Fawcett, sister, Karen (John) Cynkar and four cherished nieces and nephews, Nathan and Grace Fawcett, and Michael and Emma Cynkar, and many loving relatives and friends. Services will be private.
