Kermit Smith Sr., 90, of Fairhope, passed away on Sept. 12, 2013.
Mr. Smith was a United States Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by two children, Joan and Joseph Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Aliece Reed Smith of Fairhope; children, Lenard C. (Barbara) Smith of Fairhope, Allyson (Bell) Smith of Daphne, Ronald (Ellen) Smith of Fairhope, Carlos Smith of Baton Rouge, La., Elaine (Ken) Westbrook of Chicago, Ill.; Carmen (Robert) Price of Fairhope, Mary Kathy (Gerald) Martin of Pascagoula, Miss., Donna Smith of Fairhope, Judith Smith of Burlington ,Wisc., Pamela Johnson of Fairhope and Kermit (Anna) Smith Jr. of Mobile; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service for Mr. Smith will be held at a later date.
