Kayla Christine Green, 19, a native and resident of Foley, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014.
Kayla was a member of Grace Fellowship Church.
She was an entertainer and loved surprising people and putting a smile on their faces.
Music was a passion for Kayla, no matter if it were in church or just for fun at home, Kayla loved to sing. Kayla was happiest when she was singing.
Music was a very important part of her life, but nothing was more important to her than family.
Kayla is survived by her father, Kevin C. Green of Gulf Shores; mother Ashley Marie Johnston Norris (Wayne) of Magnolia Springs; sisters, Kandice C. Green of Gulf Shores and Kacee C. Green of Gulf Shores; brothers, Jarrod Helton of Pensacola, Charles Hibbs of Gulf Shores and Kenneth Hibbs of Milton, Fla.; paternal grandparents, Julia and Fred Frith of Gulf Shores; maternal grandmother, Darlene and Pat Respalie of Magnolia Springs; maternal grandfather, Russell and Betty Cottle of Foley; great-grandmothers, Lilly Callaway of Foley and Marrell Rigney of Beaumont, Miss.; great-grandfather, Robert Johnson of Loxley; a niece, Sophia Hibbs of Gulf Shores; five nephews, Hunter Hibbs of Gulf Shores, Felix Terrazas of Magnolia Springs, Jovani Terrazas of Magnolia Springs, Joshua Terrazas of Magnolia Springs and Jorge Terrazas of Magnolia Springs; her companion, Grant Masterson of Foley; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous other extended family members.
There will be a time for visitation with the Green family on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
Funeral services for Kayla will be held Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at 2 p.m., at Pine Rest Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
