Kathryn Sue Malone, born in Mobile and a resident of Silverhill, passed away at her home.
She studied and graduated at Mobile Infirmary School of Nursing and later went on to Bishop State Community College where she received her BS in nursing.
She worked at Mobile Infirmary and Thomas Hospital in Fairhope until she retired.
Surviving are her sisters, Barbara Clark of Pensacola and Sandie DeNegly of Birmingham.
Services for Miss Malone will be private.
