Kathleen Bernice Akers, 75, a resident of Fairhope passed away Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Greg) Hines of Orange Beach; sister, Lillian Broughton of Fairhope; two grandsons, Danny “D.J.” and Shaun Akers; one granddaughter, Rachel Hines; two great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, from 5 until 7 p.m.
Graveside services and interment will be held in Memory Gardens of Fairhope on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013.
