Julia Diane Livengood, 77, of Foley, passed away Sunday, May 29 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, following an extended illness. Survivors include her son Blake Livengood, sister Pam and Charlie Conner of Guntersville and Bobby and Judy Locklear of Albertville.
Diane graduated from Marshall County High School in 1963 and attended Judson College. She was secretary at United Methodist Churches in Attalla and Scottsboro. She was one of the owners of KEA Radio, Inc. in Scottsboro. She retired as administrative assistant to the District Attorney of Jefferson County.
She was preceded in death by parents Mary Julia Locklear and Buel Locklear of Guntersville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 9 at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church located at 616 West Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores, AL 36542. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to the church or any charity of your choice.
A celebration of life will be held at a time to be determined in Guntersville.
