Judith Redd, 71, a native of Manchester, Conn., and a resident of Summerdale, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011.
She relocated to Summerdale with her husband Clyde Redd of Redd’s Hot Dogs in Robertsdale in June of 1990. She made the famous relish for Redd’s Hot Dogs for many years.
Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Mulready of Bay Minette; four sons, Clyde Redd Jr., of Fairborn, Ohio, William Redd of Bay Minette, James Redd of Silverhill and Christopher Redd of Summerdale; sister, Marie Purvis of Vernon, Conn.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 18 at Mack Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at Wynn Cemetery, Summerdale.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Robertsdale.
