"font-family:">Juanita Lucille Walker, 91, a native of Clark County, Ala., a longtime resident of Fairhope and current resident of Niceville, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011.

"font-family:">Juanita was a hostess in the Grand Hotel Dining Room for 16 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairhope and a volunteer with the Thomas Hospital Auxiliary from 1982 until 2001.

"font-family:">Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her daughter, Dorothy Webb.

"font-family:">She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Smith and her husband, Willie, of Niceville; son, Roy Walker of Fairhope; sisters, Ella Newsome of Thomasville, Ala. and Voncille Long of Kimbrough, Ala.; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a few great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

"font-family:">Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until the service time.
