Jose Artenis Navarrete, 46, of Foley died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013 after a brief illness.
Jose was born in El Salvador, and had lived in America since 1989. He worked in construction and landscaping.
He is survived by two brothers and many other relatives and friends.
Burial will be in his home country of El Salvador later this month.
