Ann Downing Johnson, 78, a native of Conecuh County and a resident of Silverhill, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Johnson; her parents, Jesse and Mamie Downing; sisters, Yvonne Tatum and Mary Tanner; and brother, Carlos Downing.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Johnson (Joe) Sopr of Silverhill; two sons, Terry Johnson of Silverhill and James (Jenny) Johnson of Foley; daughter-in-law, Debra Johnson of Pell City; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 3 at Robertsdale First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Silverhill Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Robertsdale First Baptist Church Building Fund or charity of your choice.
