John Patrick Kenny Sr., age 87, a native of Mobile, and a resident of Fairhope, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Kenny of Fairhope; two sons, John Patrick “Pat” Kenny Jr. of Bay Minette, Michael Andrew “Andy” Kenny of Fairhope; one sister, Theresa Dezenberg of Huntsville; three brothers, Charles, Donald and Gordon Kenny, all of Mobile; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., the rosary at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Belforest Catholic Cemetery, Daphne.
