John Marshal Little

John Marshal Little, 89, born in Lottie and a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, May 1, 2014 at North Baldwin Infirmary.

He was a civil service aircraft mechanic (retired). He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II.

He was a member of Perdido Masonic Lodge 752, a 32° Scottish Rite Mason and a Shriner.

He is survived by two sons, Jerry Franklin (Sandra) Little of Lavern, Tenn. and John Marshal (Rhonda) Little Jr. of Crossroads; three daughters, Pamela Kay Brooks of Mobile, Sarah Joanna (Dan) Burrage of Spanish Fort and Myra Denise (Bruce) Moran of Crossroads; three sisters, Pearl Bixler of Monroeville, Ruth Sullie of Fairhope and Alice Griffin of Fairhope; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 4, 2014, at 2 p.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette, with Dr. Henry Cox officiating.

Burial will follow at Lottie New Home Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 6 until 9 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
