John Allen Carlisle Jr., 35, of Elberta, passed away May 25 ,2013.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Norma and John Hawthorne of Elberta; two sons, Johnny Carlisle of Birmingham and Joey Matthews of Alabama; sister, Aimee Godwin of Elberta; and a grandson, Johnny M. Carlisle Jr. of Birmingham.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2013 at Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
