ORANGE BEACH — The Wharf Amphitheater’s C-Spire Concert Series announcements continue to roll out and it seems like this summer will rock in Baldwin County.
Red Mountain Entertainment announced that Jason Aldean’s 41-city “Highway Desperado Tour” with Mitchell Tenpenny, Corey Kent and Dee Jay Silver includes a stop in Orange Beach Saturday, Aug. 26. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 17 at 10 a.m. local time on JasonAldean.com.
The Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum entertainer released his 10th career studio album, “Macon, Georgia” featuring 20 new songs and an additional 10 live tracks last year, earning praise from “Rolling Stone” and more. The album earned the Georgia native his 27th career-charting No. 1 single, "Trouble with a Heartbreak,” as well as a Billboard Music Award nomination for “Top Country Song” as well as awards from ACM, CMT, iHeart, and a GRAMMY nomination for “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood. His current single, “That’s What Tequila Does,” is currently Top 10 and climbing at Country Radio.
Aldean joins a list of top-tier entertainers gracing The Wharf Amphitheater’s stage this summer. The current C-Spire Concert Series lineup includes:
