Jane Calloway, 99, a native of Mississippi and a resident of Loxley, died Tuesday, April 26, 2011.
She was a member of Loxley Church of God, loved to garden and won yard of the month from the Loxley Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Maybelle Gordon; and son, Henry Edward “Bug” Douglas Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Ann Hill of Loxley; half-brother, Arthur “Bud” Dunnam; two half-sisters, Alice Brownley and Voncile Hernandeze; 14 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29 at Loxley Church of God with the Rev. Herman Knapp officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Robertsdale.
