Bradley Glen Hurley, 37, a native of Dallas and a resident of Spanish Fort, died Friday, July 18, 2008.
He and his wife attended Eastern Shore Baptist Church.
He was a devoted husband, father, son and brother. He was known to set extremely high goals and achieve all of them no matter the circumstances.
He was a local business owner in Baldwin and Mobile County for many years. He was a very active supporter of various Mobile schools, Partnership In Education, the Mobile Bay Bears and numerous Mobile churches.
Survivors include his wife, Melanie Hurley of Spanish Fort; five children, Caeleigh, Cody and Calista Hurley, Katie and Samantha Pittenger, all of Spanish Fort; his parents, Phillip and Mary Hurley Sr. of Spanish Fort; sister, Kristy Chizek of Lilburn, Ga.; two brothers, Phillip D. Hurley Jr. of Tampa, Fla., and Michael Hurley of Spanish Fort; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
Visitation was held Tuesday, July 22 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 23 from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Grant Barber officiating. Interment followed at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
