Jeanette Georgia Hunt, born July 1, 1921 in McKenzie, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007.
She married Marvin Hunt on Aug. 15, 1941, and was married to him for 55 years before his death in December of 1996.
While living with her son and his family for the past two years, she enjoyed long talks with her grandson, enjoyed life and had a passion for watching birds.
Survivors include a son, Randal (Teresa) Hunt of Hoover; one grandson, Shawn Hunt of Hoover; two sisters, Melville Bennett of Georgiana and Katie Hollis of Georgiana; nieces, nephews and many friends from all over the country.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 12 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Visitation was held Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment followed at Pine Rest Memorial Park, Foley.
