Joy Langham Hollinhead, 78, a native of Plaistow, England, and a resident of Loxley, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

She was a daycare worker in the Central Baldwin area for many years and was an active member of the Loxley First Baptist Church and enjoyed blue grass music.

Survivors include a son, William “Bill” (Deborah) Langham of Loxley; daughter, Terry (Ron) Grant of Loxley; four sisters, Shirley Fields of England, Virginia Cooley of Atlanta, Jackie Bell of Bon Aire, Ga., and Becky Rowland of Perry, Ga.; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 2 at Mack Funeral Home, Robertsdale. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 3 at Loxley First Baptist Church with the Rev. Bo Rice officiating. Burial will follow at Dyess Cemetery in Robertsdale.
