Helen McCarley was welcomed into the arms of God in the early morning hours of Mar. 25, 2026. Having lived 94 years providing joy and love to family and friends she now rests with Him. Funeral services will be held on Sat., Mar. 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Bethal Baptist Church in Robertsdale, Alabama with Rev. Harvey Earl officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by three children: Kitty Frederick, Bobby “Mack” (Donna) McCarley, Jr. and Daniel “Dan” (Luanne) McCarley; two granddaughters, Jennifer (Jason) Graham and Kimberly (Manny) Ortiz and 5 adored great grandchildren, Jackson, Caroline and Catherine Graham and Ansley and Owen Ortiz; one brother, Jack (Susan) Burrow and many close friends.
Helen was a wife and mother as well as a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, John Daniel and Euna Burrow, husband, Bobby “Mac” McCarley, sisters, Johnny Bozeman and Frankie Miles, and son-in-law, Bobby Frederick.
Serving as pallbearers are Sonny Harrison, Ed Kane, Danny Coleman, Dustin Coleman, Cody Coleman and Caleb Coleman. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to St. Jude’s.
